A dynamic and international SaaS company is looking for an Account Manager based in USA to join their growing international teams.


  • Reach sales targets by:
    • Actively seeking out sales opportunities, more particularly by expanding sales in existing customer accounts (up-sales) by introducing expanded and/or new products and services, and professional services;
    • Initiating up-sales process by scheduling appointments with customers; preparing and making pitches and presentations on the Group’s products & services; listening to customers’ wishes and concerns, and understanding their requirements;
    • In any event, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers designed to ensure satisfaction retention and growth and, more particularly, visit all Asia customers assigned to Employee (‘A’ customers monthly, ‘B’ customers quarterly, ‘C’ customers twice a year);

  • More Generally:
    • Contribute to sales closing by building rapport with customer accounts and prospects, by providing support, information, and guidance, explaining products and services capabilities, and overcoming objections, researching and recommending new opportunities;
    • Negotiate and close deals in close collaboration with the legal counsel;
    • Resolve customer issues, complaints, objections by investigating problems and developing solutions to overcome them;
    • Work and cooperate closely with the Sales & Support Teams to achieve better results;
    • Create frequent activity and results reviews and reports for the Head of Sales and Executive Management, with sales opportunities and sales deals with customers and prospects, corresponding sales and financial data by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
    • Monitor the accuracy of reporting and data base information and analyze relevant data to determine customer success outputs;
    • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability;
    • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions or conferences as needed;
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies;
    • Travel as needed and as requested by the Employer.


  • Skills & Requirements:
  • BSc/MS degree in business administration or a related field preferred;
  • Experience as a sales executive or relevant similar role;
  • Proven ability to build, maintain and expand relationships with customer accounts, drive sales and up-sales process from plan to close; Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy;
  • Technology savvy; experience in selling software - particularly SaaS – or 3rd party inspection services is an asset;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
  • Strong business sense and Customer oriented mindset;
