An international lifestyle company is looking an Assistant HR Manager. 

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage full employee life cycle including but not limited to providing professional HR Consultative Service, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Staff Communication & Engagement and other key HR duties;
  • Responsible for performing monthly payroll, commission calculation, MPF, final payment, prepare payroll reports and tax filing;
  • Draft, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure policy compliance;
  • Handle staff enquiries with a consultative approach;
  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review and participate in salary benchmarking and market surveys;
  • Handle employee compensation cases, including liaising with employee and labor department, investigation record handling and employee compensation payment processes;
  • Maintain proper personal files and record on HRIS;
  • Act as the person in charge of renewal of group benefits, insurance, HRIS and any HR related matters and perform benefit administration in a timely manner;
  • Handle work visa processing for expatriates;
  • Prepare HR reports for management’ analysis;
  • Travel to shops or the warehouse occasionally if necessary;
  • Support HR ad hoc issues.
  • Co-ordinating senior level recruitment
  • Ensure maintenance of Employee Handbook
  • Handle Local Labor and Legal compliance
  • Co-ordinate Performance management, probation and PIP process
  • Help to manage maternity level cover planning for employees
  • Budgeting - HR and staffing
  • Run and coordinate Employee Satisfaction survey
  •  Employee retention
  • Conducting exit interviews and analysis of the same
  • Maintenance of HR SharePoint
  • Salary Benchmarking, market analysis and suggesting necessary changes yearly
  • Planning employee special arrangements like covid times etc.
  • Setting with Business Contingency plan with executive management
  • Able to handle labor compliance and cases (if any)
  • Conducting Inductions across levels
