A non-profit membership organisation funded by leading corporations to act as a catalyst in the Greater Bay Area is looking for a communications coordinator.

You will be a key member of a small but energetic and resourceful team dedicated to driving value and projects in the region. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting and expanding global movement.

What you will do:

• Raise awareness through the planning and delivery of a full calendar of marketing/communication activities, its brand and programmes

• Generate multimedia content for weekly contributions to community social media platforms, EDMs and the website as well as regular short videos

• Curate, produce, distribute and track monthly e-newsletter

• Assist with the generation and handling of media enquiries and opportunities

• Be responsible for identifying and requesting suitable written content from third parties

• Manage the website and web SEO/SEM

• Assist relationship building with corporate member Marketing/Communications teams

• Regularly liaise with the Global Network to align messaging and activities

• Be a confident ambassador at various events

What we are looking for:

• At least 4 years experience in communications, marketing or public relations

• Solid experience with MailChimp, WordPress, social media platforms and tracking tools

• Knowledge of social media trends and how to optimise design for these platforms

• Strong English writing skills, spoken Mandarin or Cantonese

• Video production and/or graphic design skills are a plus
