reputable wellness centre in Hong Kong specialising in mental health, offering private sessions, personal development workshops, certified practitioner training programs, and products that promote self-awareness is looking for a PA/EA to support the founder.

They provide a wide range of services including Hypnotherapy, Energy Healing, NLP, Regression Therapy, Tarot Reading, Public Speaking, Trauma Release Exercises, Couples Counselling and coaching.

Responsibilities 

Business administration support, including: 

  • Diary management for the founder who is one of the main practitioners at the centre, including appointment booking, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, handling reminders and cancellations for clients.  

  • Travel, entertainment and other social event logistics for the founder.

  • Processing the founder’s expenses, preparing of monthly expense reports.

  • Travel bookings and logistics for the founder.

  • Working closely with other administration team members for task / diary co-ordination, provide occasional cover support to handle tasks for the centre.

  • Maintaining client files for the founder

  • Handling inquiries via email, phone and whatsapp

  • Following up with clients for registration and payment

  • Helping out to set up the relevant rooms at the centre to facilitate workshops and sessions

  • Preparing materials for workshops and sessions 

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Relevant administration experience. Prior experience working with a wellness, mental health, spa centre would be an advantage 

  • Fluent /Native in English

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Powerpoint and Excel 

  • Basic knowledge of Canva
