A global leading vertically integrated cotton textile and apparel manufacturer that specialises in cotton tops has now pivoted to build private brand mask sales. The company is looking for a Manager, Digital Marketing.
The job holder is to develop, manage, and implement the digital plan for the brand in Hong Kong, and globally. He / she will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop Omni channel solutions and implement new initiatives to grow the e-business. He or she would also support the Hong Kong team in e-commerce sales channels tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy and Implementation
- Lead in the development of overall digital marketing strategy and partnerships, and manage marketing plan per e-commerce platform across owned online channels and third-party marketplace platforms to increase business opportunities
- Manage and execute digital advertising campaigns to drive e-commerce activities in international markets
- Manage and execute daily digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, mobile, etc.) across international markets
- Analytics and Optimization
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Stay abreast on emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
- Regular reporting to senior management, including competitor media spend analysis, KPI definition and monitoring, as well as comprehensive review with local markets
- Develop conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
- Stakeholder Management
- Constant collaboration with local teams: develop guidelines and standard operation process to ensure group alignment
- Coordinate online content production and scheduling on all social media platforms, not limited to and including Instagram and Facebook
- Responsible for community management, be an advocate for the brand on the social arena
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in related disciplines
- 4 years or above of work experience in planning, developing and executing digital strategies at an agency, or 6 or above in-house experience. Preferably experience in the fashion/ lifestyle industry.
- Strong digital experience: digital ad-buy, SEO/SEM, and community management
- Experience with analysis tools, such as Google Analytics/ AdWords
- Knowledge of Google, Facebook and Instagram advertising tools
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and working proficiency in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Ability to work in a high paced, high pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
- A self-starter, great communicator and analytical
- Agile, adaptive to the brand culture
- Entrepreneurial with good team building spirit
- Station in Hong Kong with occasional business travel whenever necessary
