A growing Fintech company based in Cyberport is looking for an Office Administrator to provide full spectrum of secretarial and administration support such as organising meetings, expenses claim, and travel arrangements to our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman.
The ideal Candidate will also require to handling incoming client inquiries, coordinating with both internal and external parties, maintaining proper filing systems, preparing basic documentation and performing ad hoc duties as required.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience in administration field is preferred
- Competent in working with minimal supervision
- Willingness to understand the company's business model
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) and local language preferred
- Computer literacy in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
language: English, Cantonese is preferred.
