Operations & Business Development Manager (Part Time)

Responsible for overseeing all business operations and support the overall success of the clinic. Drive sustainable financial growth through developing strategic improvements and identifying new revenue opportunities which increase the efficiency of the operation and maximise profits.


  • Enhance, develop and improve all operational policy, processes and procedures  
  • Support and mentor the Practice Manager and wider administration team
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Examine financial data and report against anomalies
  • Manage budget and forecasts
  • Recruit train and supervise staff
  • Resolve any complaints from therapists and clients
  • Actively find ways to improve the quality of service
  • Development business development strategy focused to maximize profits
  • Manage pipeline of prospective clients
  • Arranging and holding business development meetings with prospective clients
  • Conduct market analysis and suggest new business development initiatives
  • Analyse and monitor monthly financial data
  • Promote the clinics products and services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Development of all marketing literature and materials

Requirements and skills:

The Operations and Business Development Manager is expected to have demonstrated achievement or capability in the following areas:

  • Proven work experience as an Operations and Business Development Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge and organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
