A growing Fintech company is looking for an Operations Specialist to support the company’s daily business-related operations.
The ideal candidate should also have prior experience in managing sales pipelines in a client facing role and/or sales support.
As their company is growing, they are looking for a candidate who will have prior experience in coordinating activities between various functions of a company such as Business Development and Operations, handling tasks for customer onboarding as well as be willing to assist with daily administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Experience in Business support related role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Prior experience in sales support role is preferred
- Competent in working with minimal supervision
- Willing to understand the company's business model
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) and proficiency in Chinese preferred
- The candidate must be able to demonstrate stability of employment: we value commitment and long-term employment
- Computer literacy in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
