PR Account Manager

A Marketing & PR Agency are looking for a Public Relations Account Manager with at least 4 years of relevant PR experience, excellent media and influencer relations and client management proficiency.

The right candidate will be bilingual with native-level proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese and great business level English language.

An Account Manager takes responsibility for delivering campaigns against set objectives, drives media and influencer relations, and serves as a valued team member and resource for clients, junior team members and all external stakeholders.

This role involves: 

  • Day-to-day account and client management

    • Setting of client KPIs and managing the delivery of agreed KPIs in partnership with the Account Directors

    • Management of regular client team meetings, ensuring key milestones are met and projects are being delivered

    • Thinking proactively about the clients’ business

    • Demonstrating understanding of the categories in which the client operates

  • Media strategy planning and media relations

  • Creative idea generation and execution

  • Proposal writing

  • Personal time management and management of junior team members

  • Supporting role on new business

  • Supporting role on team training

  • Having fun – and helping others enjoy their work, too!
