As an Account Manager at KidHop, you'll be the driving force in helping our partners maximize their success. Account Managers are responsible for onboarding and building relationships with new kids activity providers joining the service. You'll wear many different hats from on-boarding partners, to regularly updating their accounts, and training partners on new features (in-person and over-the-phone).

- Ability to think on your feet and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
- Attention to detail and great organization skills. 
- Exceptional customer-service skills to ensure partners have a great experience and are receiving the best service possible.

About the job: 
- Onboard new partners for success; you’ll be the go-to person for the businesses that you set up. 
- Ensure partners follow all the right steps to be successful on KidHop. 
- Consistently manage a high volume of cases and engage in project management duties. 
- Ensure seamless communication both internally and externally with our partners.

Other requirements: 
- Experience with sales and/or customer service is a plus. 
- University degree preferred.
