A global brand experience agency is looking for an extraordinary bi-lingual Account Manager (Mandarin/English) with 3-4 year of solid agency experience to work across a variety of clients. - Build solid, unshakable client relationships and drive year-over-year revenue growth
- Lead proposals from the pitch stage to execution in total autonomy
- Manage communications with account teams and clients, ensuring clarity about accountabilities, deadlines, budget and approvals
- Own overall responsibility for your projects driving client satisfaction, financial success and measurement metrics that demonstrate clear return on investment to the client
- Work with the Group Account Director & Business Director, to explore new business opportunities
