A tech start-up is looking for a part-time accountant to work from home with flexible hours. You would manage all accounting tasks of a small company and give weekly updates to the management. You are expected to work about 20 hours per month and visit the office once a week for an update and paperwork. Knowledge of Xero is an advantage for this role and excel skills are necessary.
- Process and run monthly payroll
- Process and ensure accurate invoicing and billing on a monthly basis
- Reconcile bank transactions and accounting ledger
- Process expense claims on a monthly basis
- Record annual/sick leaves
