- full sets of accounts and audit preparation - balance sheet, profit and loss, etc
- Xero and salesforce software experience
- Daily data input of invoices into salesforce and Xero, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Checking of workshop invoices and entering details into salesforce/Xero
- Stock control - important to have balance of stock at year end and opening for Audit purposes.
- Salary payments, commission calculations and MPF
- Payments to suppliers
- updating bank deposits for sales managers
- Bank reconciliation
- Some office management duties like stationary ordering, kitchen and bathroom etc cleaning supplies.
- Payment and co-ordination of cleaners
- Water ordering
- Other office admin
