Job Description

CRED Communications is a well-established PR agency that produces communications campaigns for a wide range of Hong Kong-based and global clients. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update all company databases and CRM systems
  • Handle all research activities
  • Support communications events and campaigns, logistics arrangement
  • Provide marketing, administrative and clerical support for internal and external parties
  • Complete internal reports and participate in various projects
  • Assist with accounting and other business-related activities
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • F.7 or above
  • At least 1-2 year(s) relevant working experience (preferably in a marketing environment)
  • Smart and self-initiative, team player, mature, good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Pleasant working attitude, outgoing, self-motivated and well-organized
  • Customer oriented, friendly personality, positive mind and can-do attitude
  • Good in written/spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Excellent in MS Office, Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
