Sassy Media Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant on a part-time basis.
Our Administrative Assistant is having a baby! We are looking for a Part-time Maternity Cover for this role between the dates of 15 January 2018 – 30 May 2018. This role is a group role so will provide support to our Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai offices.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Directors and overall office administration
- Handle HR paperwork and filing
- Handle payroll and pension benefits for a staff of 30
- Manage the Company’s day-to-day finance operations in Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai (e.g., issue invoices, payment reconciliation and receivables, office expenses, petty cash)
- Prepare organized reports for country MD’s on what outgoing payments need to be paid in a particular month.
- Manage monthly commission program alongside country MDs
- Work weekly with Sassy Media Group’s Finance team to ensure that financials (ex: invoices, payments) are recorded correctly in company books.
- Liaising with Company Secretary for legal filings and documentation
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Education & Experience
- 3-5 year’s experience in an administrative role
- Experience in bookkeeping (Xero) preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Team player as this role has direct links to multiple departments across the group
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong English skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
