A world leading integrated communications agency is looking for an Associate Director - Brand Practice

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading and inspiring a number of multi-cultural, multi-lingual client account teams, across a range of brands and sectors, and spanning local, regional and global work
  • Creating a positive culture of collaboration, as you work hand-in-hand with colleagues from those taking their first step on the career ladder to seasoned communications professionals and specialists in research, strategy, creative and digital
  • Delivering outstanding client service, rooted in deep understanding of your clients’ businesses, adhering consistently to the highest quality standards, and always looking for opportunities to stretch clients further and try new things
  • Coaching team members through their own career development, as a hands-on and approachable career manager and role model
  • Playing a leading role in new business opportunities, both pitching and growing your own network of contacts
  • Working alongside two peers in the Brand team and among Hong Kong’s broader senior management team, setting the tone for our culture and helping to lead our office to continued growth

Requirements:

  • At least eight years of relevant experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields, including research, advertising, brand consultancy, digital and social consultancy, management consulting, media or publishing
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills; demonstrated ability to effectively multitask, delegate and manage assignments and accurately evaluate others’ work
  • Ability to act as a daily client contact for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Senior Manager.
