We require a brilliant senior ‘suit’ to lead, steward and drive our recruitment offering for technology, software, market research/ digital roles with current and potential client companies in the region.

You will report into the General Manager- Talent Acquisition. However you will be expected to self manage and take total responsibility for the business relationships and assignments you bring in and fulfillment of those assignments with excellence, efficiency and flair so our clients love us. You will also be expected to grow the business and over time may need to build and manage a team of people.

We are looking for a person with the following competencies:

  • Creates a great relationship environment with existing clients so they trust the company, meaning the company can expect to be included for role briefs and ongoing repeat business
  • Sells the company to new clients to win their business and trust
  • Knows and understands the MR/ digital MR industry and can use that to find suitable candidates that will ‘fit’
  • Strives really hard to achieve a win-win for both the client and the candidate and helps place candidates in roles where they will flourish
  • Is committed to the company’s approach of assessing candidates for softer skills, motivation and cultural fit over and above functional fit
  • Can win the trust and respect of senior clients and candidates and generates positive word-of-mouth
  • Can present with flair and conviction
  • Is a fantastic team player
  • Is brilliant on both the big picture and the detail
  • Has a proactive and positive attitude and never gives up
  • Contributes to building up the company’s retention focused recruitment offering
  • Is committed to the company’s vision of partnering an organisation’s leaders to build teams that love what they do

Benchmarks for success:

  • Ongoing repeat business from at least 8 major clients + 1 role closed per month
  • Positive word-of-mouth among candidates and clients who reward us with referrals/ recommendations/ introductions
  • Retention rate as close to 100% as possible; over 90% interview rate
  • Management of candidate database to ensure easy, updated and efficient retrieval of information
  • Management of filing system for client history, transaction history and changes in personnel
  • Quarter on quarter revenue growth
