Job Description

Hong Kong’s premium translation and copywriting agency is looking for a part-time, work from home BD & Client Manager to support and manage business growth.

Responsibilities:

Business development & operations management

  • Design and execute business development strategies;
  • Develop and review monthly KPIs, manage staff efficiencies;
  • Handle other ad hoc or administrative duties as needed.

Client servicing & project management

  • Take an active role in creating and maintaining relationships with clients;
  • Be the point person for all client accounts unless otherwise specified;
  • Take client briefs and ensuring timely execution by PR and Language project teams;
  • Manage project teams and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English, with Cantonese preferred
  • Strong business and common sense
  • Background in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business Development,  or Client Servicing
  • 7+ years’ experience
  • Work from home; work hours negotiable, minimum 5 hours/week
