A growing tech company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Duties include: 

  • Identifying market potential, growing client base 
  • monitoring competition
  • working and cooperating closely with the Marketing team
  • working closely with management on strategy 
  • resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
  • maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 

Skills & Requirements:

  • BSc degree in business administration or a related field
  • previous experience as a sales representative or Business Development, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
  • technology savvy; experience in selling software -particularly SaaS - or 3rd party inspection services is an asset
  • strong communication and IT fluency;
  • proven experience in Customer relationship management
  • demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation;
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;

languages: fluency in English is a must
