A leading Wealth Management company is looking for a Client Services Officer.

Duties and responsibilities
1.The primary focus of this role will be to process new business, accurately and within turnaround times. Processing of new business will include but not limited to: follow up tasks for outstanding items, following checklists to ensure the processing is accurate and compliant, seeing the process through end-to-end.It will require interaction with Partners/Partner support and possibly other staff to obtain required information to complete processing if any items are missing or require follow up.
2.Projects/Ad-hoc tasks. Ad-hoc project work/tasks, which may include but not limited to: tidying up systems, updating information, scanning,filing,etc.
3.Second checker: Second-checking items that have been previously processed(the sample size to be checked is 10% of processed business). This will includecross-checking aselection new business work that has been processed, to ensure accuracy in processing, and ensure compliance procedures have been followed. The second-checker role may also cover other items, for example, the Direct Debit report where a spot check is done every 2 weeks.
4.Leave. Cover annual leave duties as required, and complete a leave buddy list when taking leave to ensure the team understand how to cover duties whilst on leave.
5.Reporting may be required. Examples include extracting reports and/or inputting data for a report.
6.Team manuals. Updating and/orreviewingprocess manuals to ensure that the manuals remain current.
7.Regulatory/Compliance requirements: Ensuring requirements are met when processing business or any other applicable work.
8. Attend regular team monthly meetings, and any other applicable meetings.
