Central Minds is a Hong Kong-based private psychology practice that aims to provide the highest standard of care to every client through integrated clinical therapy practice with personalized individual therapy treatment plans to meet each client’s individual needs.

Central Minds Ltd is conveniently located in Central District, minutes from Central MTR. 

Our Opportunity:

We are looking for an individual who prides themselves on providing the highest standard of service to act as a full time clinic receptionist full days Monday-Friday and half day Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, greet patients and manage front desk in a professional manner
  • Handle appointment bookings, therapists calendars & facilitate all payment transactions
  • Handle Patient registration and service management
  • Ensure Confidential Patient record management
  • Maintain profit and loss spreadsheet
  • Reconcile all electronic payment transactions with credit card/EPS monthly statement
  • Coordinate all office related facilities, inventory, utilities, vendors, building management, cleaning, etc.
  • Ensure smooth day to day office operations
  • Provide timely updates and recommendations to management

Job Requirements:

  • Min 2 years experience in administrative/receptionist work
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization. 
  • Good team player with the ability to drive projects and initiatives.
  • Pleasant, polite, well-organized, flexible, motivated and detail oriented
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English as you will be dealing primarily with English-speaking clientele. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent telephone manner as you will be communicating with diverse clientele and staff who practice from various therapeutic approaches.
  • Computer literacy is a must with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel spreadsheets)
  • Immediate availability preferred
