A growing tech company is looking for a Customer Success Coach who will be responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully implemented and rolled-out.

Duties include:

  • assisting in implementation of the Group’s solutions and applications;
  • working closely with customers and users;
  • training users on the Group’s solutions and applications
  • preparing and animating Customers Meetings
  • working closely with other teams on product development and change management 
  • working closely with the customers, users, sales, service & operations team
  • Reporting


  • 2+ years in manufacturing/factory environment as supervisor, plant engineer or equivalent
  • 1+ years of proven experience in Customer support or in customer facing role
  • Computer & technology savvy; experience in the IT/ software field preferred
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, strong empathy, and a love for great Customer service and Customer satisfaction
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Potential and attitude required to learn
  • Flexibility and creativity
  • Open to working flexible hours
  • Experience in quality control, inspection and/or procurement is an asset
  • Willing to travel

languages: English and Chinese is a must; other language skills a plus
