A gift experience company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee call centre operations, manage bookings, lease with partners, update and maintain in-house CRM system. Be the key liaison for corporate account programs. Will prepare proposals for corporate accounts, manage roll out of the programs, design and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads. Looking for university graduate with a minimum of 3 years solid experience in a customer facing role, detail oriented, organised, good time management. Positive, self-motivated and creative with a passion to achieve results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Fluent in English. Cantonese is a bonus.
This can either be a full time role, or can be a 2 part time job-share role. Remote work can also be negotiable for the right candidate.
