A growing tech company is looking for a Customer Support and Helpdesk Executive.
- liaising with customers and users
- liaising with internal teams on system improvements
- preparing Daily Report of Customer inquiries;
- support Admin & Sales.
- 2+ years working in a help desk related technical or support role, preferably with a technology reseller / vendor or systems integrator;
- Working knowledge of issue management tools (e.g., Redmine, Jira or Mantis);
languages: fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
