A growing tech company is looking for a Customer Support and Helpdesk Executive. 

Duties include: 

  • liaising with customers and users
  • liaising with internal teams on system improvements
  • preparing Daily Report of Customer inquiries;
  • support Admin & Sales. 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years working in a help desk related technical or support role, preferably with a technology reseller / vendor or systems integrator;
  • Working knowledge of issue management tools (e.g., Redmine, Jira or Mantis);

languages: fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
