A local financial institution is looking for a Director of Customer Service to lead a team of 15-18 people to achieve company’s goals and sales target. The candidate should have 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, preferably frontline experience in financial services is a plus, with minimum of 3 years of supervisory role. 

Fluent English & Cantonese is required.
