About Whizpa

Finding activities for children should be easier, simpler and less stressful. Whizpa aims to provide:
• An easy search engine to find providers
• A tool for parents to review, rate and rank different providers
• A convenient online payment platform

Whizpa is looking for a Freelance editor/writer to research and write up content in English and/or Chinese for
  • Freelance editor/writer/blogger to research and write up content in English and/or Chi- nese for

  • Minimum 1 year experience required or passionate about writing. Having a degree in jour- nalism is a plus. May be required to submit some written work as samples.

  • Must be fluent in written English and Chinese. 

  • Topics include education, parenting, kids activities, schooling in HK, kids development, kids learning, social development and any other relevant/interesting topics that relate to parenting and children in HK.

  • Work from home set up. Not required to be in the office except for occasional meetings. 

  • Articles must be submitted on time and by required deadline.

  • Submit topics for approval first and then article by email. Topics may be suggested by management and marketing team as well.

  • Salary: Pay per article $600 per article. Each article word count at least 1000-1500 words for English and at least 500-1000 characters for Chinese. Article has to be self-researched and written. No plagiarism is tolerated.

  • Must be open to writing interview features (English and/or Chinese) based on voice recording of live interviews done by Whizpa on clients.

  • Photos relating to article can be included (if possible) which has to be self-taken, legitimate and not copied/infringed upon other provider's site or public sources
