Job Description

One of the fastest growing premium wine merchants and service providers in Asia with its headquarters in Singapore and offices in China, Hong Kong, Macau, South East Asia and France is looking for an Event Marketing Manager in HK. 


The job will entail the following responsibilities but not limited to:

*       To conceptualize, plan, manage & execute Event Plan with clearly defined objectives/goals, strategies to be put in place, the corresponding KPIs defined and the budget assessed in order to maximize marketing ROIs

*       To be the Brand custodian for ensuring brand governance and protecting brand equity

*       To lead the team with priorities in developing brand/membership awareness in the digital space & the use of new media in cohesion with an effective engagement plan that will enhance brand/membership  visibility across various channels

*       To develop a trade engagement plan that assists the sales team with driving sales and securing privileges for the membership

*       To lead our “By Invitation”  Prive membership

*       To be responsible for overall communications execution for media, trade & consumers

*       To lead events management for winemaker visits, corporate partnerships & events

*       To work closely with design & sales team in managing trade tools development, forecast, needs analysis & assessing marketing effectiveness of all tools/trade marketing material

*       To explore corporate events opportunities and follow up the event management and results

*       To liaise with Membership Team to assist with the management of:

  •  workshops, wine dinners, private dinners, including coordinating with wine team and communication team, and monitor event KPIs

*       Identify new leads and analyse data to identify trends, provide profiling, data mining, devise guidelines for loyalty and acquisition programmes, consumer trends to evaluate service offer including wine purchases analysis, e-commerce customer behaviour analysis, & any ad-hoc marketing projects as defined by the CMO

*       Assist the CMO with key marketing initiatives for Hong Kong


Skills & Qualifications

*      Business/Management/Marketing degree preferred

*      6 years brand management experience in F&B, luxury & lifestyle, or wines & spirits industries

*      Strong marketing, event management, sales, and CRM knowledge

*      Good analytical skills and understanding of business and financial concepts

*      Goal-oriented & a team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills

*      Outgoing personality, passionate, pro-active and self-motivated

*      Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese an advantage
