Job Description

My Chic Bunny is looking for a general clerk / office assistant to join their team on a full time basis with flexibility in the hours. 

Main taks:

  • General office duties, office maintenance, data-input, order processing
  • Stock handling, process customer’s enquiries, work closely with sales/service team.
  • Coordinate and liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Perform outdoor work (Banking, onsite stock audit)

Required skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years or relevant working experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge in particular MS Excel, Word, Office
  • Ability to work independently with self-initiative and being a team player
  • Positive working attitude
  • Fluency to read & write English, Cantonese & Mandarin is advantage)
