A innovative financial services company is looking for a Head of HR to support its business growth. The candidate will report directly to the CEO and will act as a business partner to provide HR advisory services to meet firm wide human capital, strategy, values and objectices. The selected candidate will lead the overall HR stratgy and policy for the organization. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years solid HR experience in a sizeable organization, with 5 years in a senior position, experience working in financial services industry is highly preferred. Proactive, independent and familiar with working in a fast-paced environment. Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS.
