An International bank is looking for an HR Officer.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities (outcome, objectives & deliverables)

HR Operations, Compensations & Benefits 30%
•Ensure all HR functions are properly managed and delivered against procedure and services standards, including the full payroll process, on/off boarding, benefits scheme administration, pre-employment screening and tax filing management
•Responsible for expatriate management, including collaboration with head office on cost projection,budgeting and relocation logistics
•Manage HR vendors to ensure outsourced HR services are delivered

HR Projects 40%
•Support regional and HK HR team in implementing a diverse range of projects, including but not limited to payroll outsourcing, HR system implementation, data warehouse management, and Business Contingency Plan review
•Collaborate with regional and global HR team to ensure successful roll out of initiatives
•Contribute to the success of local HR agenda by streamlining processes

HR Advisory 30%
•Support the growth of business by partnering with managers in recruitment, employee engagement and performance management
•Support talent management manager in organising learning programs within the region
