Job Description
An innovative online solutions provider for the wealth management sector is looking for an Office Assistant starting Mid-July until end of November (4,5 months) to cover a maternity leave. The company has a young and dynimic team and looking for someone with great organisational and communications skills as well as:
- Excellent phone manners
- Experience using Windows, Microsoft Office and basic day-to-day computer trouble-shooting
- Eager-to-learn mind-set
- Highly motivated and self-starter
- Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is not a must.
- BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related subjects
The day to day taks will include:
- Support the Business Manager on tasks in:
- Corporate Administration
- Office Administration
- Human Resources
- Financial & Reporting
- Provide customer support
- Provide sales & marketing support
- Provide support to the development team on an ad-hoc basis
flexibility: 4 day per week, maternity leave cover start date 18th July until 30th November (4.5 months).
