Fair Employment Agency Limited (FEA) is a first-of-its-kind, non-profit social business providing a quality and transparent recruitment service between migrant domestic workers and their employers in Hong Kong.   We want to be the best migrant domestic worker agency in Hong Kong, focused on successful matches between employer and worker, without charging worker placement fees.

Our exciting start-up is currently looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to help us stay organized as we grow. We are looking for someone with an understanding of accounting/finance who can handle our finances, office administration and basic HR duties.

Office Manager

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

●       Responsible for month-end / year-end closing, consolidation reporting and financial analysis for management review

●       Prepare and review accounting journals, schedules, reconciliations and intercompany expenses

●       Responsible for all accounts receivables and petty cash management

●       Assist in budgeting and forecasting, improving financial daily operations and internal controls & procedures

●       Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax authorities on audit and tax issues

●       Responsible for onboarding of new employees, payroll and MPF

●       Responsible for operational management reporting

●       Responsible for for managing accounts payable and paying bills


Job Requirements

●       Bachelor's Degree is preferred

●       At least 2-4 years of relevant experience

●       Strong analytical skills, well organised, a team player with good communication skills

●       Good command of written and spoken English (Cantonese is desirable)

●       Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

●       24-32 hours per week
