Job Description
A technology and evidence-based research funded and growing startup is looking for a part time office manager/executive assistant to support their aggressively growing operations with a team of talented individuals. The candidate will work directly with the COO and become the go to person for all HK office-related matters. Managing daily administrative duties including full set accounting & bookkeeping, HR record keeping & payroll, and other administrative related matters to ensure the smooth running of the office. Candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience and English and Cantonese is required and Putonghua is preferred. Additional skills such as social media content creation, creative writing and design are a bonus. Prefer someone who has the background or have interest in the field of personal coaching, psychology, training and development etc.
This role will be a 3-4 days per week role and is open to work from home with some office time as well.
