We are on the hunt for a Partnerships Manager to join our Sassy Mama Hong Kong team. We are looking for someone who loves advertising sales (and think they will totally rock at it!), is a hard worker who is looking for a flexible job, enjoys meeting new people and who embodies the Sassy spirit! 


The Partnerships Manager will contribute to the daily running of the Partnerships department of Sassy Mama Hong Kong with a primary focus on:

  • Growing sales and meeting monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Developing sales strategies that contribute to the growth of the Sassy Mama Hong Kong business
  • Identifying great partnerships that help to grow Sassy Mama within the Hong Kong market.

The Partnerships Manager will report directly into the Managing Director, Sassy Media Group – Hong Kong.

Job Description and Outline of Responsibilities

Sales – Sassy Mama Hong Kong

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for meeting their own monthly sales targets and will also work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement the sales strategy for Sassy Mama – Hong Kong.

    Sales responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Sales Targeting; Come up with a strategic plan to develop relationships for future sales partnerships.
  • Sales Leads/Brainstorming; follow up on all leads by sending the Sassy Mama Media Kit, proposing a media solution and as necessary setting up a meeting to discuss promotional opportunities.
  • Proposal Creation: create promotional proposals for clients who express interest in moving forward with advertising via Sassy Mama.
  • Client Management; main point of contact for all clients during a paid promotional period. This involves drawing up contracts and securing deals through to signing.
  • Sales admin; work with internal teams (ex: Editorial team) to make sure that all paid advertising is scheduled in the editorial, newsletter or web advertising calendars and that all deliverables are meeting deadlines.
  • Performance Reporting; follow up with clients after a promotional campaign with performance statistics and provide suggestions for future campaigns.
  • Payment tracking; work with the finance team to ensure all advertising clients are paying their invoices on time.
  • New Sales Initiatives; present and implement new sales initiatives or ideas to internal teams.
  • Manage Media Kit Updates; Lead the quarterly Media Kit Update by implementing price increases (as needed) and by working with the design team to make any necessary changes.
  • Weekly Sales updates; complete a weekly sales tracker to update the Managing Director on sales progress.

Additional Responsibilities

In addition, the Partnerships Manager will be an active participant in brainstorming and implementing strategies for database growth and brand awareness. This will be through identifying innovative and enticing marketing ideas and working together as a team to implement them.
