The Director of a learning centre is looking for a Personal Assistant on a part-time basis to work from home combined with some office work, once or twice a week. 


  • Assist the Director of the company to coordinate overall activities in the company
  • Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external departments and staff
  • Undertake the tasks of ad-hoc or routing correspondence; aligning scheduling priorities; maintain diary, arrange meetings, takes minutes, provide reminder
  • Provide administrative support to the Director to help increase the effectiveness of the Director
  • To communicate and work independently with other colleagues to manage different company events
  • To assist in human resources, operation and marketing activities that are carried out by the Director whenever necessary


  • Form 7 or above with 2 year’s experience in secretarial, administration or personal assistant capacity (experience in education field is not a must but an advantage)
  • Punctual, highly organised and systematic
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Feel comfortable to use English in daily work-related communication
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint (simple understanding to the use of design software such as photoshop is an advantage)
  • Having good numerical sense is an advantage
  • Be able to work under pressure
