A fast growing international fintech business is looking for a regional Head of HR to support their international growth plans. The candidate should have at least 5+ years of relevant regional exposure especially in China and have demonstrated the ability to formulate, implement and drive HR programs, policies and procedures. Experience in South Korea market will be an advantage. Fluent English and Chinese Mandarin is a must.
This is a full time role but flexibility is negotiable for the right candidate and there is a strict no overtime policy.
