A leading insurance company is looking for a Sales Manager for Corporate Life & Pension. The role manages a panel of Employee Benefit Consultant (EBCs) and other intermediary accounts to achieve International Group Protection (IGP) business objectives in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. The role will manage a team composed by one Sales Manager and one Customer Relationship Manager based in Hong Kong. Responsible for sales development and implementation of proper technical and sales services standard and lead pitches and negotiations for new business opportunities.
The candidate should have international corporate life and pensions product and proposition knowledge gained from working in a life company or EBC environment. The candidate should be fluent (written and verbal) in Cantonese and English. Proven experience and skills in sales and business management and have an understanding of the EBC business model is mandatory.
