We are looking for part-time Senior Sales Managers that highly share our social values and mission.
Required Qualifications
- MUST: minimum 8 years’ experience in sales, marketing and customer service
- MUST: fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
- MUST: be passionate about our MicroForests Mission of empowering women
Preferred Skills and Attributes
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Excellent communication skills of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Strategic thinker and good presentation skills
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure
- Experience in digital sales will be an advantage
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests simultaneously
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Sales and business development
- Achieve monthly sales goals
- Acquire new business to achieve sales targets and funder KPIs
- Cost management
- Supervisory duties:
- Working with the team to assign duties
- Report the progress to the Creative Director and partnering agents
Working Hours
- This job is part-time and would only require 10-15 hours per week for business development
- Employee has flexible working hours and can work from home
